Create detailed custom reports to analyze specific metrics that matter to your business.

Creating Custom Reports

  1. Go to Analytics → Reports → Create Custom Report
  2. Select data source (Funnels, Contacts, Revenue, etc.)
  3. Choose metrics to include
  4. Add filters and segments
  5. Select date range
  6. Choose visualization type (table, chart, graph)
  7. Save your report

Available Metrics

Track any metric in your custom reports:

  • Revenue Metrics - Sales, AOV, LTV
  • Traffic Metrics - Visitors, page views, bounce rate
  • Conversion Metrics - CR%, leads, customers
  • Engagement Metrics - Time on page, scroll depth
  • Email Metrics - Open rate, click rate, unsubscribes

Report Filters

Filter data to analyze specific segments:

  • Traffic source (Facebook, Google, Email, etc.)
  • Device type (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet)
  • Geographic location
  • Customer tags or segments
  • Date ranges and comparisons

Scheduling & Sharing

Automate report delivery:

  • Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly email delivery
  • Share reports with team members
  • Export as PDF, Excel, or CSV
  • Create dashboard widgets for quick access
